Online registration has ended. On-Site Registration Form will be accepted at the convention door.

 Please complete the On-Site registration form and print print your filled out form and pay at the door to the convention.

On-Site Registration Form


  Like last year the Saturday Banquet will have open seating. So there will be no seating reservations needed. You must have your meal ticket with you at the banquette or you will not be served a meal.

  Raffle Ticket Pre-Sales:

 Raffle tickets can be purchased prior to the convention and they will be included in your convention attendee packet that you receive upon check in at the convention. There are several ways to order raffle tickets.

  • 24 tickets for the price of $20 when purchased in advance (vs. 20 tickets for $20 at the convention)
  • Call Rich Seifert, KE1B, at (408) 395-5700, 9am PST (1700z) to 8pm PST (0400z), any day. Leave a message with a callback number if you get voicemail.
  • We accept all major credit/debit cards. No personal information (e.g., credit card number) is retained in the system.
  • We also accept PayPal transfers. Send funds to: ke1b@richseifert.com, be sure use "Friends and Family" transfer to minimize fees. Include a note with your name and callsign, indicating funds are for IDXC raffle tickets.
  • You can also purchase by check, include your call on check. Send check, payable to IDXC, to:

  There will be no RV Parking at the Convention Center. The closest campground is the Visalia/Sequoia KOA

 This years convention shirt will be available in light gray for men and dark gray for women. The shirts will have embroidered convention patch with your name and callsign on the opposite side. Mens shirts will have a pocket and ladies will not, The cost per shirt is $49.00. Please indicate mens or ladies and size on the registration form.

 Once again, we will be having a Golf Tournament Golf Tournament on Friday. Questions regarding the tournament should be e-mailed to Skip, KJ6Y. Please indicate your intention to participate in the tournament during registration. The convention does not charge any registration fee for the Golf Tournament but the local course will charge their usual greens fees.

 Attention all Wild Women and OM's. Come join us for the Saturday Tour at the International DX Convention. We will have sight-seeing and lots of laughs. Come see old friends and meet new ones. We will travel in a luxurious bus, handicapped-equipped, and you will be picked up at 9:00am in front of the Marriott Hotel

DX University and Contest Academy will be held on Friday, April 12, 2024, from 9:00am to 5:00pm. Don't miss this opportunity to gain knowledge that might otherwise take you years of practice, trial and error to learn. Get the edge to improve your DXing/Contesting success and put your station in the leader's circle! The cost is just US$20.00ea. So include it on your registration form.



Drink Sponsorship:  If you're willing to help sponsor drinks at the attitude adjustment hours please include them on your registration. Drinks are US$5.00 each and your sponsorship of drinks is greatly appreciated to help with the enormous cost of the attitude adjustment hours.

 Adult pre-registration (with meals) and youth pre-registration for young Hams under 21 (with meals) includes:

  • Entrance to all Technical Sessions (Does Not include Contest Academy or DX University)

 Individual Pre-registration without meals is available for those who wish to attend the Convention but don't wish to attend the Saturday Banquet, or Sunday Breakfast. Contact convention registrar

The Saturday BBQ lunch is not included in the registration Fee. It must be purchased separately when you register

 Convention shirts must be purchased separately during registration, they are not included in Registration cost.

 To be eligible for the Major Prize drawings on Saturday night or Sunday morning, you MUST be a Registered Convention Attendee (registration for the DX University or Contest Academy does NOT count as a Registered Convention Attendee). However, you do NOT need to be present to win a major prize.
